Cookie Policy

Last updated June 25, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Vallon Studios Limited, doing business as Drivon, uses cookies and similar technologies on drivonos.com and related sites. It describes what these technologies are, what we use them for, and how you can control them. Drivon does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels for marketing purposes, or analytics platforms that profile visitors.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are used to make websites work, work more efficiently, and provide information to website owners. Some cookies are essential for security and basic functionality; others are used for analytics, personalization, or advertising.

For the purposes of this Cookie Policy, "cookies" also refers to similar technologies such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage that operate similarly to cookies.

What cookies do we use?

Drivon's website is intentionally minimal in its use of tracking technologies. We do not run analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Plausible, Mixpanel, or any other), we do not run advertising or remarketing pixels, we do not run social media tracking pixels (Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, X Pixel, or others), and we do not run third-party marketing or behavioral tracking.

The cookies and similar technologies that do operate on drivonos.com fall into three categories:

1. Essential security cookies (Cloudflare)

drivonos.com is hosted on Cloudflare, which provides security, bot protection, and content delivery services. Cloudflare sets cookies that are necessary for these functions. These cookies cannot be disabled because they are required for the site to work safely.

For more information about Cloudflare's cookies, see Cloudflare's Cookie Policy.

2. Third-party cookies set when you interact with embedded services

When you click through to one of our application forms (hosted by Tally), or when your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts as part of rendering our site, those third parties may set their own cookies or process your IP address. These cookies are not set by Drivon; they are set by the third-party service when you interact with it.

3. What we do NOT use

For clarity, the following technologies are not present on drivonos.com:

If you have privacy-focused browser extensions or ad blockers installed and they report tracking present on drivonos.com beyond what is described in this policy, please contact us so we can investigate. The minimal-tracking posture is intentional and we want to know if anything has changed.

How can you control cookies?

Through your browser

Most web browsers let you control cookies through their settings. You can set your browser to block all cookies, accept only first-party cookies, or notify you when a cookie is being set. Note that blocking essential cookies (such as Cloudflare's security cookies) may prevent drivonos.com from working properly.

For instructions on managing cookies in common browsers:

Through Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Most browsers support Do Not Track ("DNT") and some support Global Privacy Control ("GPC"). Because drivonos.com does not sell, share, or transfer personal information for advertising purposes, GPC signals do not require us to change our behavior — we already operate as if every visitor has GPC enabled. We do not respond to DNT signals at this time because there is no standardized requirement for sites to do so, and the technologies we use are limited to those described above regardless of DNT status.

Other tracking technologies

In addition to cookies, websites can use technologies such as web beacons (also called tracking pixels or clear GIFs), local storage, and session storage. Drivon's site uses local storage minimally — only as required by Tally's forms when you interact with them, and as set by Cloudflare for security purposes. We do not use web beacons or tracking pixels in our content, our emails, or our outbound communications for marketing purposes.

Cookies in our communications

Emails sent by Drivon (whether from support@vallonstudios.com or from outbound channels such as @drivonos.com, @drivon.uk, @drivon.ca, or @drivonapp.com) do not contain tracking pixels or open-tracking technologies. We do not track whether you opened our emails, when you opened them, what links you clicked, or what device you used.

This applies to all Drivon communications including transactional emails, support emails, status updates to clients, and prospect outreach.

How often will this Cookie Policy be updated?

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our use of cookies, changes in the technologies we use, or changes required by law or regulation. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was posted. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

If we make material changes that affect how cookies are used or what cookies are present on the site, we will note those changes prominently and update the policy.

How does this relate to our Privacy Policy?

This Cookie Policy is part of our broader approach to privacy. For full information about how Drivon collects, uses, and protects personal information, see our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy includes information about the data we process beyond cookies, your rights under privacy laws, and how to exercise those rights.
